Order Policies

All orders placed online are custom orders. Custom made items are not able to be returned, exchanged or refunded. All custom order sales are final. If there you experience a problem with your order we will do our best to fix it!

Turnaround and Lead Times

Our typical turnaround time is 10 Business Days. Some orders with add-on services or specialty orders may take longer. Turnaround time begins when your invoice has been paid in full and proof approval has been received. One Vision Designs will not be responsible for missed deadlines due to weather conditions, power interruptions, backorders or errors from distributors, shipping errors or anything else outside of our control. If we expect or foresee any problems, we will inform you of the problem and work with you to reach a solution.

There is no way to efficiently measure a distance for print placements. For example, If you request a shirt that has the design 2″ down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure all shirts hit that target. However, all shirts will not hit exactly 2″. They may be off as much as an inch in any direction. This will not be considered a misprint and we will not reprint or refund these shirts. Anything over an inch and a half from your desired placement will be considered for reprint. If no placement is requested we will use our opinion and standard specs to place design.


One Vision Designs is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and or garment defects (holes, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we can not guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important.


Due to the nature of customized apparel and promotional items, it is very common for a piece or two to be missing from your order. Shirts can get damaged during the customization process or we may get shorted by the vendor. In order to keep prices down, we cannot order extra shirts. One Vision Designs will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 10% per design.(Spoilage must be more than 10% per design for reprint) Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to get you what you ordered in full. Keep in mind, we are still human!


We accept many forms of payment including; cash, checks, all major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.

  • All orders under the amount of $2,500 require full upfront payment
  • Orders over $2,500 require at least 50% down and 50% before delivery
  • All Rush Orders require full upfront payment


Any cancellations will be subject to restocking fees. Any pre-payments will be forfeited if any work has begun. Depending on the situation we may issue a partial refund minus expenses One Vision Designs has accrued for work performed. If production has already begun we cannot cancel your order.
